This 4-room apartment spans 90 square meters plus a 7-square-meter balcony. It’s part of a newly added floor built during the TAMA project. Purchased at the final stages of construction, the timing was perfect for making design changes. The living room opens up to the balcony, and the carefully selected furniture enhances the flow of the space, allowing for an uninterrupted view. The kitchen was designed along the perimeter, creating a seamless and functional cooking area with ample storage. The cabinets were chosen in a soft, sunset-inspired sand tone, adding warmth to the space.
