PICODYA OFFICES

"Picodya" is an R&D company that’s revolutionizing patient care with a product that delivers medical test results in just minutes.

They wanted a space that struck the right balance between privacy and openness, allowing for focused work while fostering seamless communication among employees.

The building we were given, which spans 1,100 square meters, had been used by another company for years and was filled with dark, long rooms and winding corridors. We transformed it into a bright, dynamic workspace.

We took down 90% of the walls, installed large windows, and replaced the remaining walls with glass to create an open, airy feel.

The journey begins when you step out of the elevator into a vibrant lobby featuring a sleek counter hovering over a green plant cube.

Behind the counter, a transparent library leads to the “datascape” – the heart of the company where all the crucial information is processed. The datascape is surrounded by open workspaces, labs, and meeting rooms, ensuring both privacy and collaboration.
