KIM KOI SUSHI BAR

KIM KOI was designed to create an elegant yet lively open space that balances a vibrant atmosphere with an intimate feel in the middle of a mall. The wraparound bar, with clean sightlines, puts the sushi chefs at the center, enhancing the dining experience while ensuring quick, personal service. Inspired by the colorful KOI fish, the bar’s exterior features layers of metal scales, resembling a sushi roll. Natural materials like iron, wood, leather, and granite were used throughout, with custom oak shelves and gentle lighting to complete the harmonious design.
