A Skyscraping Green Oasis

A breathtaking 170 sqm penthouse with 80 sqm of terraces and stunning sea views underwent a complete redesign to suit the personal needs of its residents in their 60s. The highlight is the rooftop terrace, transformed into a lush garden, extending the living space towards the horizon. The design choices were deeply influenced by the sea view, featuring wide-cut light oak parquet floors and natural, light materials. The use of white tones, various textures, wood, sandy stones, and greenery seamlessly connects the interior to the exterior, creating a comfortable, luxurious living environment.
